Cake Decorating Classes

I have been teaching a 3 part cake decorating class at Orson Gygi the past couple of years. We have had a lot of fun! We go over making fondant, frosting and covering a cake and some fun basic decorating details for the outside. If you are interested in a private class, I do offer those as well. We go over many of the same things as the class at Gygi, but we do it in one session.
